Welcome to the Law Office of Deborah Zaccaro Hoffman
Deborah Zaccaro Hoffman is a Cleveland family law and estate planning attorney. Deborah has a boutique practice that focuses on advocating for children and families using an interdisciplinary approach. Deborah concentrates on serving children and families in the areas of adoption, family and juvenile law, paternity, guardianship, estate planning and probate, and special needs.
Deborah founded her practice on the idea that children and families come to attorneys with unique needs that require individualized solutions and not because those needs fit neatly inside a particular area of law as presented in textbooks. A family seeking to adopt a child should not have to go to a second attorney to make their first will and estate plan for their new family, or to a third attorney if emergency relief is necessary through the juvenile court pending the adoption. Family members of children with disabilities have special planning needs that vary from a typical estate plan and may go unaddressed if the planner does not think to ask about special needs. The same child may later need advocacy to access services from the county or school district, or a guardianship upon reaching adulthood. Divorcing families of children with special needs have their own set of concerns, as do non-traditional families who have adopted and want to ensure each partner has a right to a continuing relationship with their children. In all cases Deborah is a strong advocate for her clients who seeks creative solutions that protect their rights.
Deborah Zaccaro Hoffman represents clients throughout the Cuyahoga, Lake, and Geauga County area, including, but not limited to, the communities of Lyndhurst, Beachwood, Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village, Richmond Heights, Highland Heights, Pepper Pike, Shaker Heights, Chagrin Falls, Euclid, Cleveland, Chesterland, Chardon, Auburn, Kirtland, Burton, Russell, Newbury, Munson, Mentor, Painesville, Eastlake, Willowick, Wickliffe, Willoughby, Willoughby Hills, Madison, Concord, and Kirtland.
